APPLIED SCHOLASTICS
At the time I was first introduced to Mr. Hubbards theories and methods, I was very discouraged about what was happening to student literacy and motivation. I was even considering tendering my resignation. However, after learning about the basic barriers to study and what could be done about them, I began using more and more of the data with students. Eventually, I created an entire study skills course and also taught my grammar and writing course fully utilizing study technology. The result has been one rehabilitated English teacher and hundreds of enthusiastic, rejuvenated students.
