WISE: ENABLING GROUPS TO FLOURISH AND PROSPER
With the help of Mr. Hubbard’s management technology we have been able to introduce the organizational structure of the organizing board, the use of statistics, Mr. Hubbard’s communications system and the development of “hats” for our staff. As a result the responsibility of our personnel has increased and the use of LRH management technology has allowed us to avoid redundancy and breaks in production and survive in the difficult economical situation here in Russia.
