Our industry was really undergoing a big shake-out. Businesses similar to mine were going under at a very fast rate. Those that weren’t going under were struggling.

LRH management tools helped me to predict the future trends of my industry and to find out what was really needed and wanted by my customers and my vendors. We were able to then restructure and implement plans to respond effectively to the changes coming down. As a result of really knowing where things were going, I was able to get out in front and lay the track to create my own future.
