THE WAY TO HAPPINESS FOUNDATION
The book is distributed through sponsorships: any individual, business or group may donate copies to youth groups, schools, clubs, social service agencies, military organizations or a multitude of other groups. These groups then distribute the booklets to their members or others with whom they are in contact.
Thousands of schools and millions of students participate in the broad promotion of The Way to Happiness precepts. With the help of sponsoring groups, local schools and youth organizations initiate projects that range from cleaning up the environment to setting good examples for peers and helping rid schools of drugs. As a case in point, a sheriff in Alabama integrated The Way to Happiness into his presentations to local schools as part of the D.A.R.E. national anti-drug program and requested dozens of copies of the book for his officers.
One of the many sponsoring groups is the Concerned Businessmens Association of America (CBAA), a nonprofit, charitable educational organization founded in 1981. Through its efforts, many young people are no longer involved in drug abuse, crime and gang violence. Since CBAA began, millions of copies of The Way to Happiness booklet have been distributed throughout the national school systems, with more than seven million students participating in its programs involving over ten thousand elementary, junior high and high schools.
