WISE: ENABLING GROUPS TO FLOURISH AND PROSPER
I have operated a company for the last twenty years which is a large complex of property and businesses in southern California. The major business is a 500-seat restaurant which has been operating for twenty-five years. In addition, there are 47 apartment units, a 40-room hotel and a private club on the property.
Although the restaurant has always done well, the efficiency with which it was operated resulted in slow growth and little profit. I, with my staff of 120 managers and employees, began working with and using the organizational technology of L. Ron Hubbard and this has done more in the last eleven months than the twenty years before to make the restaurant an efficient, effective and profitable organization. In my opinion, no other investment could have come close to that performance. Sales for the eleven months I have worked with LRH technology were up 14 percent.
