Fooling Around with Processes

Another error consists of fooling around with nonstandard processes outside of session, without a meter; it is sometimes done by students, stirring up cases. Such activity is forbidden. Standard auditing is ministered only by a trained auditor using proper procedures developed by L. Ron Hubbard.
